7mm Pickled Sanding chips are chips that are mixed with liquid calcium chloride and applied on snow and ice to provide better traction and break down ice on sidewalks, driveways and streets.  The rock chips provide a slip free surface for pedestrian and vehicular traffic preventing slips, falls, and accidents while the calcium chloride tackles stubborn ice.
