equipment Operator

Individuals must demonstrate dedication to exceptional Customer Service and be able to build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customers with pricing and delivery information
  
• Ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers
• Assist with customer service inquiries
• Provide sales support to existing customer accounts
• Load customer vehicles and company trucks with bulk aggregates, boulders and pallets 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Neat appearance and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to operate skidsteers/and or front end loaders proficiently is an asset but not required
