Rockland falls under the category for essential services and we are here to serve you. The following will outline the changes you can expect in the yard and when receiving a delivery of our products. We value your business and our team is prepared to protect your health and safety as per Alberta Health Guidelines.

WHEN YOU VISIT US:

We want you to be comfortable when you shop. We are ready to take all orders by phone from your vehicle or if you choose to  come and pay at the counter, we have social distancing markers on the ground to ensure appropriate distancing is present. Our debit machines are wiped down with disinfectant after each use and we encourage you to limit the use of cash, if possible.

PICKING UP AT THE YARD:

If you have paid for your order online or by phone, when you arrive please call/text our office and provide your name and any specific details pertaining to your pickup and our team will direct you to the appropriate area to be loaded. They will radio the loader with your order detail so you do not need to get out of your vehicle. 

RECEIVING A DELIVERY:

If you are expecting a delivery from us, our driver will contact you when the delivery is on its way and confirm details for contactless delivery. We ask that any changes be communicated with our office prior to your delivery date and time. Our driver will dump the load in the designated spot and will not be getting out the truck. 

HOURS OF OPERATION CHANGES

The yard is currently open Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 4pm and Sundays/Holidays 9am - 5pm. Hours of operation may change without notice so please always check the website, google for updated hours before coming to the yard.
